John McCracken (Chairman)
John worked in the disability support industry for 16 years prior to joining the Board of Directors of Caringa Enterprises Ltd. 5 years ago.

Belinda Attwater (Treasurer)
Belinda joined the Caringa Enterprises Ltd. Board of directors in 2006. Belinda is an active member of the Grafton Midday Rotary Club, being Director of New Generation (Youth).  Belinda also previously held the position of Treasurer for both the Westlawn Tigers Soccer Club and the Westlawn P & C.

Vince Castle
As well as being a Board Member of Caringa Enterprises Ltd, Vince is also the President of the NSW Canegrowers Council (representing 600 growers), Chairman of the Clarence Canegrowers Association, an active member of the Environment Committee of the NSW Sugar Industry, and Chairman of the Clarence Floodplain Partnership (in its role managing floodplain issues in consultation with the North Coast Catchment Authority).  Vince was also chairman of the largest Cane Harvesting Cooperative in the Australian Cane Industry, harvesting over 500,000 tonnes.  He was appointed for a five year term, by the NSW State Government, to develop water sharing plans, in the Dorrigo, Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and Clarence regions.  Vince was also a member of the Upper North Coast Management Board for three years.  In addition to this Vince and his wife Pat are parents of a child with a disability.

Andrew Brien
Andrew and his family are owners of Roches Family Hotel, living in Grafton for the past sixteen years; Andrew is currently employed also with Elders as a real estate agent. Andrew is a qualified chef as well as a licence real estate agent. Having worked in many different States in the hospitality industry Andrew brings has knowledge in all areas of management and food service.

Liza Bloomer

Liza is a local business women based in the Clarence Valley.

Andrew Fletcher

Andrew is a local surveyor.

Richard Wake

Richard is the Regional Manager (Northern Region) for Country Energy.
