Janet Ocholla Janet is the CEO of Caringa Enterprises Ltd. She has been with Caringa since 1999 when she started as a Support Worker. Janet has held a number of roles within the organisation since that time, including Team Leader and Quality Assurance Officer. Janet holds a Diploma in Front Line Management and Disability Certification and has a passion for this industry. Janet's goal is to make Caringa an organisation which other like organisations will benchmark against.
	Ray Chesher Ray has been employed as the Finance Manager since 1987.  With over 30 years experience in the filed of accounting and administration, Ray formerly worked for St George Building Society in various roles and Davids Holding as the marketing accountant.  He is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia (MTIA)
	Deidre Jones Deidre Jones is the Coordinator for Mylife Programs. Deidre starting working in the disability field in 1990, first with Social Services in Wales (UK) with children and then with an organisation called Cartrefi Cymru .After returning to Australia in 1998 Deidre started working with Caringa Enterprises when the main office was situated in Queen Street. Deidre moved across to Day Program in April of 2009 and is thoroughly enjoying the experience with the clients and staff. Deidre holds a Diploma in Disabilities, a Diploma in Frontline Management and is currently studying towards a qualification in Human Resources.
	Mark Smidt Mark has been with Caringa for 14 years. Mark started as a floor supervisor in the pallet mill (1 year), moved to supervisor with Topcuts lawn service (2 Years), then became senior supervisor of Topcuts Lawn Service when Topcuts expanded to two crews (2 Years). Mark then became Senior supervisor of Manufacture (4 Years) and is currently the Business Services Manager of Orara and Clarence Industries, which is the Business Services division of Caringa Enterprises Ltd.
	Julie Tranter Julie is our Support Services Manager, a role she has held for the last two years. Julie is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the disabilty field for the last 25 years. She also holds a Programs Officer Certificate and is currently studying towards her Certificate 4 in Frontline Management.
