Community Participation Program

This program replaces what was previously known as the Post-School Options Program. The program provides day options, primarily centre-based within the MyLife Programs. It is a program that identifies young people transitioning from school to the community with moderate to high support needs. The program offers the following:

• Social skills development

• Social interaction

• Living skills - cooking, shopping etc.

• Craft & music

  
  

• Physical exercise & fitness, walking, swimming and a range of sporting activities
  
  

• Monthly outings to places of interest
  
  

• Literacy and numeracy
  
  

• Computing
