Part Time - Permanent - Shift Work

Caringa Enterprises Ltd is a dynamic and growing organisation that supports and empowers people with a disability through quality person centred and strength based practices.

We are looking for Support Workers who are energetic, creative and highly motivated to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The primary objective of the role is to work with the team leader in providing quality person centred services to people with an Intellectual Disability.

This program replaces what was previously known as the Post-School Options Program. The program provides day options, primarily centre-based within the MyLife Programs. It is a program that identifies young people transitioning from school to the community with moderate to high support needs. The program offers the following:

• Social skills development
• Social interaction
• Living skills - cooking, shopping etc.
• Craft & music
