Janet is the CEO of Caringa Enterprises Ltd. She has been with Caringa since 1999.

Janet has passion for the empowerment of people to reach their full potential and holds a Diploma in Front Line Management and Community Services Management, she aslo holds Disability Certification. Janet's time in the industry spans over 20  years and she has a strong beleif in inclusion for all people in their communities. This passion provides the organisation with a focus on the promotion of independence and social inclusion for all people that are supported through our services & also ensures a sound base for the training and nurturing of staff we employ in order to facilitate this ideal.

Janet's goal is ensure that Caringa Enterprises is a service which people with a disability will prefer to choose to utilise for the services they require.

Ray has been employed as the Finance Manager since 1987.  With over 30 years experience in the filed of accounting and administration,

Ray formerly worked for St George Building Society in various roles and Davids Holding as the marketing accountant.  He is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia (MTIA)

Deidre Jones is the Manager of mylife programs and has been in the disability field for more then 20 years. Deidre started her training in the disability field by working for Social Services in the United Kingdom, then worked with Cartrefi Cymru, a Welsh Accomodation Service for the next 9 years working with a variety of people and disabilities.

Deidre returned to Australia in 1998 and started her employment with Caringa working in the many different areas including the Out of Home Care division.

Deidre has completed her diplomas in Disabilities, Frontline management and currently working on completing a human resources qualification.

Deidre transferred to our Dayprogram division in 2009 and is thoroughly enjoying the different experiences and creativity this allows.  

Mark has been with Caringa for 14 years. Mark started as a floor supervisor in the pallet mill (1 year), moved to supervisor with Topcuts lawn service (2 Years), then became senior supervisor of Topcuts Lawn Service when Topcuts expanded to two crews (2 Years).

Mark then became Senior supervisor of Manufacture (4 Years) and is currently the Business Services Manager of Orara and Clarence Industries, which is the Business Services division of Caringa Enterprises Ltd.

Julie is our Support Services Manager, a role she has held for the last two years.

Julie is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the disabilty field for the last 25 years. She also holds a Programs Officer Certificate and is currently studying towards her Certificate 4 in Frontline Management.

Katie has held the positon of Human Resources Manager at Caringa for just over 12 months now and is thoroughly enjoying working in the field of disability for the first time.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Human Resources Management.
