Katrina brings a wealth of experience and passion having occupied numerous management roles, predominantly involving quality management, policy development and education. She completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2000 and Bachelor of Nursing in 2002, and worked in various clinical settings. In 2006 she completed her Masters in Aged Care after developing a passion for older and vulnerable people. From 2007-2018 she worked in aged care in numerous management roles predominantly quality management, policy development and education. In 2018 she accepted a position at Southern Cross University as a Nursing Lecturer and she will begin a further research degree in 2020 with a focus on individuals in long term care who are most vulnerable.
