Our People

At Caringa, we put you at the centre of everything we do.
We listen carefully to what you want and need.
We work with you to design supports that fit your life.

Caringa was started by the community, for the community.
We have been helping people for 71 years.

We are proud to support people in the Clarence Valley and Coffs Coast.
We celebrate the special potential of every person.

Our bright spark is more than a logo — it means we promise to give care that includes you and respects your choices and independence.

We offer supports made just for you and help you connect with your community.

We want to help you live a complete life.
Come and join the Caringa community today!

Meet the Caringa Community

These are some of the faces from our Leadership Team.
But Caringa is much more than just a few people.

We have over 250 team members across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Coast areas.
Every person helps bring our vision to life.

From head office to support workers, each person at Caringa brings their own skills, ideas, and care to the job.
We all work together to make a real difference.

Caringa is a strong and diverse team.
We are more than a workplace — we are a community.

Everyone at Caringa helps break down barriers.
We support people to live their best lives.

Working in disability and community services is more than a job.
It’s a promise to help create real and lasting change.
