• Support Coordination
  We will work with you to ensure a range of supports are accessed and monitored to increase your ability to achieve your goals.
• Specialised Support Coordination
  A higher level of Support Coordination, if you are experiencing complex situations that require specialised supports. We will work with you to help manage the challenges in your support environment and to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.

Support Coordination is funded under Capacity Building – Support Coordination in your NDIS plan.
